Cynthia grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She graduated from Severna Park High School in Maryland, after winning states two years in a row in field hockey. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Criminology at the University of Maryland. Once out of school, she worked for various companies performing back office functions and Executive Management.
After taking off several years to raise her four girls, she went back to work in the staffing business, starting her own company and has been very hands-on in the day-to-day operations of IS Solutions. The Orlando office has been open since 2012. The Orlando office is a certified woman-owned business through the state of Florida and the Department of Health and Human Services and is also a member of the SBA.
Angela attended the University of Central Florida graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in 2005. After college, she worked for a Large IT Staffing firm before pursuing a career in Energy Contracting. Angela spent four years developing and implementing standardized processes and streamlined operations acting in multiple roles at Siemens Building Technologies. In 2011 she was recruited by Honeywell and acted as Americas M&V Analyst Supervisor in which she led cross-functional teams with a focus on identifying program capabilities, assessing resources, and collaborating with personnel to encourage an environment for change. She joined IS Solutions as an executive in 2015 and currently serves as the VP of Administration.
Scott grew up in Sarasota, Florida in which he enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, soccer, football and golf. He was a High School athlete and graduated from Sarasota High School in 1998. Scott earned his Degree from UCF in Political Science in 2007 from the University of Central Florida shortly thereafter he was hired as a Technical Recruiter for a large IT Staffing firm. Scott has over 9 years experience working in the Staffing Industry where he specialized in IT, Engineering and Professional Services. Scott helped start IS Solutions in 2012 and has put hundreds of people to work throughout the United States. Today his vision is to help others succeed in their careers as well as teach good life values and be a mentor to those that are looking to succeed throughout life.
John grew up in Severna Park, MD where he played basketball and Lacrosse in High School. He went on to play Basketball in College as well and graduated college from Salisbury University in Maryland where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. John went on to start his career in staffing where he exceled and has put thousands of people to work throughout his career. He specialized in IT, Engineering and Professional Services placements. Johns vision is to continue to mentor and coach people as well as teach good values to those in need of guidance. His market knowledge is invaluable and he continues to teach those around him the best and most efficient way to recruit talented individuals for various jobs.
